Paid social launch: Meta, IG & TikTok
10 angles, 10 real-data-grounded creatives, and a 30-day plan to take this from cold-start to a profitability decision. Every stat card and screenshot here is real Digimetrics output — nothing recreated or mocked up.
The 10 angles
Redesigned for high click-through: every creative now leads with a large, high-contrast CTA button plus an urgency/no-risk badge, so the next tap is impossible to miss. A mix of hard-data proof (angles 1–6, pulled from real Digimetrics runs and the real signup screen) and audience-specific angles (7–10) — enough spread to see which story actually converts before spending real money finding out the hard way. Angle 10 was swapped from the generic “Independent Marketers” angle to the sharper “AI Built for Marketers” positioning.

30-day media buying plan
Budget figures below are placeholders — plug in your real daily budget, target CPA and plan/credit-pack margin before launch. The phase structure and kill/scale rules are the part that matters regardless of budget size.
- Launch all 10 angles simultaneously across Meta (feed + Stories) and TikTok (In-Feed), broad targeting, no manual audience narrowing yet.
- One ad set per angle per platform — do not combine angles into one ad set (kills the ability to read per-angle CPA).
- Let each ad set clear Meta's learning phase (~50 optimization events) before judging — resist pausing before day 4–5.
- Daily check: CTR, thumb-stop rate (TikTok), CPC — flag (don't kill yet) anything under half the account average.
- Kill the bottom 50% of angles by CPA/signup. Expect the audience-led angles (7–10) and the offer-led angles (4–5) to lead early — data-led angles (1–3) often take longer to prove out but usually win on quality of signup.
- Build a Lookalike or broad-interest audience from week 1 signups if pixel volume allows (Meta needs ~50+ conversion events for a usable seed).
- Introduce a light retargeting campaign (site visitors, video 50%+ viewers) using angles 4–6 — these are the most product-proof-heavy and convert warm traffic best.
- On TikTok, double down on whichever angle got the highest thumb-stop / 3-second view rate — TikTok rewards watch-time signals more than Meta does.
- Introduce headline/primary-text variants within the winning 2–3 angles (same creative, new copy) to fight fatigue before frequency crosses ~3.5.
- Start a second retargeting layer: cart-style — people who reached the signup screen (ad 4/5 territory) but didn't finish.
- Compare Meta vs TikTok CPA directly for the same angle where both ran it — this is the first real signal on where month 2 budget should lean.
- If any angle's CPA is meaningfully worse than the free→paid conversion math supports, cut it now rather than waiting for day 30.
- Stand up an always-on retargeting budget for month 2 (site visitors + video viewers + email list if available) using the proof-heavy angles.
- Document the winning angle(s), platform split, and CPA in a simple month-1 recap — this becomes the baseline every future 30-day cycle is measured against.
- Decide the month-2 budget split (e.g. 70/30 winning platform vs runner-up) rather than an even split — don't keep funding a platform that lost the test just for diversification's sake.
- Kill anything still running below the profitability threshold, no exceptions — a 30-day test that doesn't end in a kill decision somewhere wasn't run rigorously enough.
Kill / scale thresholds
Set these before day 1 so decisions during the test aren't made on gut feel or sunk-cost — react to signals, not the calendar.
